As Subject Leader in Film Practice at the London College of Fashion Graduate School I oversee fashion film output and help enable innovative and reflective creative practice.
I champion Fashion Film-making as not only an industry-led requirement but an invaluable communication skill across enterprise and the arts.
Showcasing our students work at the Institute of Contemporary Art as part of the London Short Film Festival, I spoke at 'Transgression and Convention in the Fashion Film' and we sponsor a Fashion Film strand at the Aesthetica Short Film Festival. The growing intersection of fashion and technology provides a perfect landscape for discussion and innovation at LCF - I've spoken at the BFI Media Conference New Media Day on iPad & Film Education and recently presented Shooting from the Hip: Fashion Film Practice & Mobile Technologies at the Designs on E-Learning conference at Texas State University
As an independent filmmaker I've produced, directed and edited films for brands including Barclays, Dune, Proctor & Gamble, Oasis, Tateossian, Goldwell and institutions including The Barbican Centre and The Royal Ballet.
